Capt. Niladri Chakraborty
An experienced ex-Master Mariner and ship manager with extensive expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) protection within the maritime industry. A certified auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and the ISM Code. with a clear concept of SIRE and TMSA, he is able to provide expert assistance in gap analysis of safety management systems as well as able to support towards TMSA review and SIRE inspections. Leading a dedicated team of surveyors and inspectors, he regularly conducts damage surveys, incident investigations with corrective action recommendations, and vessel condition surveys on behalf of P&I clubs. He is recognized for his diligence and commitment to high-quality outcomes. He leverages extensive industry experience to support shipowners, managers, and charterers in overcoming complex challenges efficiently. Passionate about ensuring excellence in all aspects of marine operations, he is dedicated towards enhancing safety, compliance, and operational integrity of the industry.
